Rahul Gandhi’s second visit
Let me tell you that this is the second visit of Rahul after the terrorist attack in Pahalgam on 22 April. Earlier, he reached Srinagar on 25 April. Here he met CM Omar Abdullah, LG Manoj Sinha and the injured. On the afternoon of 22 April, terrorists fired on tourists in the Byasaran Valley of Pahalgam. 26 tourists were killed in the attack. More than 10 were injured.
Significantly, after India was run by India on 7 May, the Pakistan Army opened fire from across the border and carried out drone and missile attacks. This caused a lot of damage to the area. 28 people were killed in these attacks, 13 from Poonch alone. More than 70 people were also injured in the attacks. Thousands of people had to migrate from the Local areas to avoid the attacks and take shelter in government relief camps.
