Juan Jose, a Spanish resident, by chance chewed the top of a lifeless rat at the side of greens and potatoes, mistaking it for an artichoke.
Jose returned house to cook dinner frozen greens and potatoes and spotted a gloomy substance whilst serving it on a plate. He ate a spoonful of his meal, chewing one thing unusual and crunchy.
In step with a record printed via the Impartial, Jose noticed two eyes taking a look at him from within the meal and a few whiskers, confirming it used to be a rat, now not an artichoke. Jose has since filed a grievance in opposition to a French grocery store chain, from the place the frozen greens had been bought on Christmas.
“Now we have contacted the producer of the product and we’re checking the entire controls performed in this product to ensure they’re all right kind. We can accentuate tests of the producers and ours and can tell the buyer at each and every level,” the Impartial quoted a grocery store spokesperson as pronouncing.
