The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) confirmed the missile attacks on X. Trump had previously stated on his ‘Truth Social’ account that a comprehensive ceasefire had been agreed upon by both Israel and Iran. He indicated the ceasefire would take effect in about six hours. However, Iran’s Foreign Minister, Seyed Abbas Araghchi, refuted the claim, clarifying that no such agreement was in place. He emphasized that Iran’s military actions, aimed at punishing Israel for its aggression, would continue until a final decision was made. Previously, there were reports of Israeli military actions in Iran. The situation unfolded after Trump’s claim of a ‘complete and total’ ceasefire.
