The governing frame of Rajiv Yuva Mitan Membership has been constituted beneath the chairmanship of Leader Minister Bhupesh Baghel. The Governing Frame of Rajiv Yuva Mitan Membership has been constituted through the Ministry of Sports activities and Adolescence Welfare Division of the State Govt, Mahanadi Bhawan, Nava Raipur through issuing an order. Leader Minister Bhupesh Baghel has been made the President of the Governing Frame, Sports activities and Adolescence Welfare Minister Umesh Patel has been made the Vice President. Panchayat and Rural Construction Minister Shri T.S. Singhdeo, City Management and Construction Minister Dr. Shivkumar Dahria, Lok Sabha MP Mr. Deepak Baij, Rajya Sabha MP Mrs. Chhaya Verma, MLA Mr. Devendra Yadav, MLA Mr. Vinay Bhagat, Leader Secretary Mr. Amitabh Jain and Further Leader Secretary Mr. Subrata Sahu as contributors and sports activities And the secretary of the early life welfare division has been made the ex-officio member secretary.
