Congress names 9 extra applicants for Goa polls; ex-BJP minister will get price ticket

PANAJI/NEW DELHI: The Congress on Tuesday launched its 3rd record of 9 extra birthday party applicants for the February 14 Goa meeting elections and fielded leaders who had been previous within the BJP and the Trinamool Congress (TMC).
