Ranchi: A horrific road accident took place in Ratu police station area on Monday morning. Three people including a woman have died in this road accident. Three people died in a road accident while going to offer morning arghya of Chaiti Chhath Puja. While many people Have been injured. This incident took place on Monday morning near the Shiva temple of Kathitand in Ratu police station area of the district. Where the magic vehicle carrying the people going to offer Arghya to the pond hit the sand loaded tractor going on the other side of the road. Three people died in this incident, while the condition of many people remains critical. On receiving information about the incident, the police reached the spot and took the body into custody. In relation to the incident, it is being told that some people were going to offer Chhath Puja Arghya on the magic vehicle, during which the magic vehicle went out of control and crossed the road divider. While crossing the road, he went to the other side and hit the tractor.
According to Rajankari, during Chaiti Chhath, people traveling in a pickup van for morning Arghya became victims of a road accident. In this accident, two women and a girl died on the spot. The incident took place near the Shiv temple of Kathitand in Ratu area of the capital at around 5.30 am.
Eight people were seriously injured. In which there are also two small children. All the injured were treated at CHC Ratu. Those who died include Kamla Devi (55) husband Ramchandra Yadav, Aradhya Kumari (9) father Vinod Sahu and Kaushalya Devi (55) husband Yadunandan Prasad.
The injured included Kamala Devi (53) husband Nandu Saav, Nikki Kumari (22) father Nandu Saav, Runa Devi (50) husband Nandu Saav, Priyanka Devi (44) husband Ghanshyam Sahu, Ranjana Kumari (15) father Rajesh Sahu, Sushma Devi ( 50) Husband Vinod Kumar, Karthik (6) and Abhimanyu (8) Father Vinod Sahu. Considering the condition of Nikki Kumari, she has been referred to RIMS.
