Team India has remained undefeated in the T20 World Cup so far. It has won all the matches in the group stage. Now it is the turn of Super 8. Its first match is to be played against Afghanistan on 20 June. Captain Rohit Sharma is very tense before this match, because the record of Team India has been very poor on the ground where this match is to be played. The Men in Blue have not even opened their account of victory here till now. Whenever Team India has come on this ground, it has lost. This is a warning bell for Team India.

Actually, the first match of Super 8 is to be played on 20th June at Kensington Oval ground in Bridgetown, the capital of Barbados, against Afghanistan. This ground has been unlucky for Team India. India has played only 2 T20 matches on this ground so far and has lost both. India played both the matches here in May 2010, now the Indian team will play a match here 14 years later.

Team India played its first T20 match against Australia on 7 May 2010 at Kensington Oval ground in Bridgetown. India lost the match by 49 runs under the captaincy of Mahendra Singh Dhoni. Then the second T20 was held on 9 May, in which West Indies defeated India by 14 runs. In both these matches, the Indian team batted later.
